Women Self Help Group Management
To develop thrift and savings habits among the rural poor women they are engaged as landless laborers and to create a sense of solidarity, such 1400 women have been mobilized in Nilakottai taluk of Dindigul district, among them 110 Women SHGs have formed and led.

Are provided and guided to the SHG members at the appropriate moments to enhance their capability.
Dependents as Entrepreneurs
To change their dependent and hopeless life with their insufficient income, TAPWA has linked the women’s SHGs with financial Institutions to avail them financial assistance as micro-credit. To create “Dependents as Entrepreneurs.”
Now, they are able to educate their offspring without any financial hesitations.
